Delete Account

If you want to delete your account and all associated data, you must follow these steps:

1. Enter the following link https://echocard.app/en/delete-user-account
2. Fill in the form that appears below indicating the reason for which you want to delete your account and your email address.
3. Click on send confirmation code
4. You will receive an email with a confirmation code to verify your identity. Enter the code in the corresponding field and click on Confirm.
5. Once the verification code is confirmed, click on Delete Account
6. Your account and its data will be permanently deleted in a maximum period of 24 hours.

When you delete your account, the following types of data will be deleted:

• The data of your user account, such as your name, last name, gender, etc.
• The contact cards stored in your account, which contain information about your personal contacts and professional.
• The locations you have saved as work, restaurants, hotels, etc.
• The contact cards stored in the platform's directory, which contain information about other platform users with whom you have interacted.

However, the following types of data will be retained for legal or security reasons:

• The records of the transactions you have made with the platform, such as purchases, payments, etc. These data will be retained for a period of 10 years from the date of the transaction.
• The data that has been shared with third parties, such as service providers, commercial partners, etc. These data will be governed by the privacy policies of those third parties.
